In the heart of Costa Rica's soulful landscapes, experience a retreat like no other with Lindsey Meehleis, a midwife and guide. What else is included?
5 days, 4 nights at our Private Villas in Las Catalinas, Costa Rica. We have singles with King Beds and Doubles with Full Beds.
Roundtrip ground transportation from the Liberia International Airport. And transportation to all excursions during the retreat.
All meals while on-site served at our villas, that are farm to table signature 5-star anti-inflammatory menu, prepared by a private chef.
Hand-selected experiences to awaken all of your senses including: guided breathwork, emotional and trauma release exercises, curated fun and adventurous local experiences in Costa Rica, and more.

This is non-refundable. There are many reasons to take advantage of Travel Insurance for your upcoming retreat. Insurance is the only way to plan for the unexpected. All deposits and payments are non-refundable. They are non-refundable because when you make a deposit, it holds your spot on the retreat with limited available spaces. This prevents someone else from booking that same space. If something prevents you from attending the retreat, the only way to recoup your investment is through travel insurance. Travel insurance can also cover the greater part of your other expenses, such as airline tickets, emergency medical, and other expenses while on the trip. The weather is typically warm and tropical. July falls within the rainy season, so you can expect occasional afternoon showers and increased humidity. However, despite the rain, temperatures remain pleasantly warm, ranging from the mid-70s to mid-80s Fahrenheit (24-30 degrees Celsius). The lush greenery of the area is in full bloom during this time, creating a vibrant and beautiful natural setting. The rainy season in Costa Rica is my favorite to jump in the ocean in the middle of a tropical rainstorm.

We will spend the majority of our time at our villas in nature. The most important thing is that you feel comfortable and at ease.
Don’t forget these essentials:
-Sandals & walking shoes
-Beach attire
-Your passport (make sure it’s valid for more than 6 months after the retreat date, last retreat someone had to cancel because she didn’t get her passport in time… check this asap)
-1-2 athletic outfits for light hiking and yoga
-Swimsuit for ice bath / lounging
-Swimsuit and/or clothes you don’t mind sweating through for the Temazcal ceremony, as well as a cover-up for afterward.
1-2 cute outfits for a night out or just to dress up for dinner and feel pretty (flat shoes recommended)
-Any medicines, dietary supplements, etc.
We will provide a notebook and pen for you to journal and take notes during the retreat.

Las Catalinas is nestled on the Pacific coast of Costa Rica, offering a serene escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. To reach this gorgeous destination, you can fly into Liberia International Airport (LIR), which is the closest major airport. From there, you will take a scenic drive, which typically takes about an hour and a half from the airport
The road to Las Catalinas takes you through picturesque landscapes, providing a glimpse of Costa Rica's natural beauty. While the journey may involve some winding roads, it's an opportunity to immerse yourself in the stunning surroundings.
