This doula has successfully completed The Remembering Doula Certification Training, which meets professional standards for supporting women and families during labor, birth, and postpartum.
Program Requirements:
32 hours of in-person training with emphasis on both clinical collaboration and holistic support
Observation of 5 births to ensure hands-on learning and applied skill development
Completion of a breastfeeding class or childbirth education series
By fulfilling these requirements, the doula has been granted the title of Certified Doula, recognized in all 50 states.

It all begins vulnerability, where we dig deep and move through our own experiences, encouraging our own self-awareness around birth and what our experiences or perceptions are, our beliefs and our biases to dig deep into personal growth.
